Acceptable Use Policy

1. Follow the law and respect rights

Do not use V-Rio to create, request, upload, distribute, or facilitate content or conduct that is illegal or that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights. You must have any permissions needed for material you upload, including real-person images, voices, likenesses, names, and private information.

2. Real-person likenesses

Do not use V-Rio to deceptively impersonate a real person; depict a person pornographically; undress or sexualize a real person without lawful consent; portray a person in a defamatory or knowingly false manner; stalk, dox, harass, or expose private information; or otherwise violate a person’s privacy or right of publicity.

3. Children and sexual exploitation

Do not use V-Rio to sexualize, exploit, groom, endanger, or create sexual content involving minors. Content involving child sexual exploitation is prohibited.

4. Harm, abuse, crime, and deception

Do not use V-Rio to facilitate terrorism, serious violence, weaponization causing critical harm, fraud, scams, phishing, malicious hacking, malware, stalking, doxing, identity theft, forged credentials or evidence, or other harmful or abusive conduct.

5. High-stakes decisions

Do not use V-Rio as the sole or automated decision-maker for high-stakes decisions affecting another person’s legal rights, safety, employment, housing, education, insurance, credit, healthcare, or similarly significant interests.

6. Protect the service

Do not bypass or attempt to bypass rate limits, credit systems, safety controls, authentication, account restrictions, payment requirements, provenance metadata, watermarks, or other protective measures. Do not attack, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to V-Rio or its service providers.

7. AI model and output restrictions

Do not scrape, harvest, resell, or systematically collect model outputs; use V-Rio outputs to train or develop a competing foundation model or AI service where prohibited by V-Rio’s provider terms; or misrepresent AI-generated output as human-generated when that would be deceptive or unlawful.

8. Enforcement

V-Rio may refuse a request, remove access to content, limit features, preserve relevant records, suspend or terminate accounts, or report conduct when reasonably necessary to enforce this Policy, comply with provider requirements, protect people or systems, or comply with law.

9. Provider requirements

Because V-Rio’s AI features are powered by xAI, use of those features must also remain compatible with xAI’s applicable acceptable-use restrictions. V-Rio may update this Policy when provider requirements change.
